What exactly is TAKE2?
Take2 is an incentive program aimed initially at picking the low hanging fruits from your current client base; with a slight shift in focus to selling UNIX solutions generous rewards can easily be accumulated. Extracting more opportunities and cross sell UNIX solutions has never been so rewarding, whilst increasing IT support coverage across your clients environment.
How does TAKE2 work?
Simply sell MVSS backed UNIX solutions & MVSS will pay 2% of the maintenance revenue in gift vouchers. Vouchers are issued to sales reps within 30 days of invoice payment to MVSS.
I don't have immediate opportunities, how long will the promo be available?
MVSS is committed to building momentum and strengthening new partner relationships, we will be running the program till the end of June 2009, so you will have plenty of time to identify and close opportunities within reach.
How do I strategically sell MVSS UNIX solutions?
- Purchasing new SUN and HP UNIX hardware from MVSS and include the maintenance uplift as you would when purchasing from other distribution outlets. As an added bonus you will earn more margin on hardware & maintenance purchased from MVSS because we source new OEM equipment from a very competitive global market rather than local distribution.
- Another approach might be to look at your client's upcoming maintenance renewal contracts, flip them over to MVSS for UNIX support, and simultaneously increasing your margins, increase support coverage on client infrastructure, and accumulating your gift vouchers.
- Seek new opportunities amongst your client base and in your prospective market, backed by strong buying power on hardware and maintenance services; you are sure to gain traction & win with the MVSS backed competitive edge.
- Advise your clients that you can now aggregate all there hardware infrastructure break/fix maintenance onto the single contract which includes both Intel and UNIX based equipment.

Are there any perks for management and the business?
We reward the business by providing Instructor lead training to your engineers at our cost. Credits of equal value (2% of revenue) are accumulated towards training your engineers on SUN and HP UNIX by MVSS's certified hardware platform and OS trainers
